You may return any eligible pet product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and labels are included
You contact us first and receive a Return Authorization before sending it back
Note: Perishable items (like opened pet food), custom orders, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return
Email us at contact@kravanta.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization
Carefully repackage the item and send it to the return address below

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we cover return shipping
If the return is due to change of mind or preference, you are responsible for return shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Kravanta is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@kravanta.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or replacement part — whichever resolves the issue fastest
